We are a fast-growing B2B company that assists mortgage companies with their quality control and compliance. We offer many services to help our clients improve the quality of their loans and comply with government and investor requirements. We were founded in 2008 and are now a national company with over 500 clients.


• Responsible for daily reconciliation of time keeping as it relates to accuracy, resolving missing punches, and paid time off requests.
• Reviewing and processing time sheets for hourly employees.
• Entry of information into online timekeeping system• Preparation of tracking reports
• Transmitting and processing semi-monthly payroll
• Supports record keeping for 150 + full time and contract personnel
• Support HR Manger with overall staffing needs for the company and maintain data on recruitment activities, applicant flow and interviews
• Utilize online recruiting sources to identify and recruit candidates and manage automated resume and applicant tracking system
• Conduct informational and exploratory interviews and maintain relationships with potential candidates, agencies, organizations and schools
• Assist with orientation for new hires
Skills/Qualifications:
• 2-3 years of payroll and HR recruiting experience
• PHR preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office products
• A strong ability to multi-task
• Must have exceptional prioritizing, organizational, communication, initiative, judgment and interpersonal skills
• Requires significant direct communication with employees
• Self-motivated
• Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
